Used American Home Water & Air yet again after discovering water and mold on the platform that holds up our hot water heater. I gave American Home Water & Air a call and within a couple hours (on a Saturday), they were installing a new one for us. We have used this company many times and are yet again blown away by their quality, professionalism, timelines, and service. I highly recommend them.

Our AC in our new home started short cycling in the middle of a heat wave, and our home warranty company was unable to find anyone to come until 4-5 days later. We have a newborn baby at home, so it was imperative that we got it fixed immediately.

So I was on my own to find someone. Luckily 1st choice got right back to me in less than an hour and were here the next day. Tim and Brandon showed up ready to rock and roll and figured it out very quickly. After both AC's started blowing cold, Tim was adamant to come back the following day to check everything out and make sure all was well. These guys were so personable and solid, I wish every company operated the way they do.

I was even more impressed when I got the bill. I was shocked at how affordable they were as they could have easily charged me anything at that point to get my house cool again.

I can't say enough good things about Tim and 1st Choice. They work hard, and are just plain nice people who won't take advantage of you. My family and I are so grateful for getting us taken care of on such short notice.

Phillip is fantastic!!!!  He is quick, knowledgeable, polite, kind, fair, and compassionate.  My AC wasn't blowing cold air; I called him expecting to have to schedule a next day visit as it was 5:30pm but he came right over and took a look, explained what was wrong and what it would cost (it was really cheap to fix, btw) and I was back in business in no time.  He saved me from major costly repairs down the road.  He won't steer you wrong!  I highly recommend him!

Highest possible recommendation. I called Johnny at 8:30 on a Monday morning in August and he arrived about an hour later!  It took him 5 minutes to determine the start capacitor was out on the compressor. He got a new capacitor from his truck, fabricated a new bracket, put everything back together and the unit was up and running by 10:30!  Johnny is honest, skips all the BS and his pricing is very, very fair.  I literally paid him more than he asked! He is basically the opposite of everyone trying to sell you a new unit. When I mentioned how old the AC units were, his reply was, hey, as long as they still keep the house cold - no need to replace them.   I've been in construction my whole life and this man is the real deal. - Thank you Johnny!

I am shocked at how many positive reviews there are because this place hosed me in terms of pricing.  I would urge you to fully read each five star review and look to see how many reviews the person writing actually has... if it's only one or two or three they are probably a friend or family member and not actually an honest reviewer.  Further, this company advertises with Yelp so perhaps they let them have wiggle room with iffy reviews.  I wish I would have read more of the one and two star reviews from real yelpers before choosing them.  Beware.

Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its gold standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. I have a rental property which needed an AC replacement, and needed prompt and reliable service. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. Their pricing is extremely fair, but the communication and trustworthiness with their customers is what will always bring back repeat clients! So many businesses could learn from them! My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. I contacted Arctic Fox per a recommendation from someone who had excellent feedback about the experience with the company, so naturally - I already felt a little bit more comfortable reaching out. I called about midday and nobody answered the call but we left a message for a call back, and we received a call back within 10 minutes. It was a Saturday and we scheduled for a Monday service call on the two units we have for the house. The upstairs unit was sporadically working and wasn't providing cold air so we wanted them to also take a look at that.

The person that came out at 9am was cordial, clear, and expansive in the sharing he provided about what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what we were hoping for. It was a bunch of gibberish to me because hvac isn't my jam but it was helpful information to have later so I could explain to my cousin who does know HVAC. By around noon he was able to determine what the issue was, tell us what part/s were needed and given us a quote for the service. He was going to be able to fix it before the end of the day and something excellent to note is that our old unit (original from '98) still had parts! (Something 2 other companies that had come out wanting us to purchase brand new units had boasted and made us fear!) That in itself made us trust that he was actually trying to help us and not just sell us a new AC unit in the middle of an AZ summer!

He left and came back with parts, a partner to help, and was finished right about 4pm or so. The price seemed fair for the service, parts, labor and overall the experience we had was positive so I was thrilled that by the end of the day, our old original unit (both of them for that matter) felt like they'd gotten a refresh and were back up and running again! Also, the warranty for service covered a year for the parts and 2 years for the service.

Overall a super positive experience and thrilled we didn't have to buy a new unit, that we fixed the issue, and that we feel covered for the next year! Thank you to Arctic Fox for the excellent service.

Tech was on time, thorough and professional. While my service was only a summer HVAC system check up, I was highly impressed.

I sent a message last Saturday morning that our air had broken and needed it fixed ASAP as we had 20-25 people coming to our house for a graduation party. I received a message from the owner and called the business right when they opened. A tech called me back almost instantly and said he would be at our house within 15 minutes... Wow! Great Service! Air fixed and house was cool for our party!  Will recommend them whenever I get a chance!! Thank you so much!

David showed up on time and performed the first annual inspection on my Bryant HVAC system to be sure there aren't any potential problems in the near future. I really appreciate his thoroughness because I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance. David was able to discover a low pressure switch that was inadvertently rubbing against a copper line. David added insulation to the wires to prevent it from shorting, all free of charge as part of my first annual inspection with this company. I highly recommend Biltmore Mechanical Heating & Cooling, especially if you own a Bryant HVAC system!

I have used Bumble Bee Air for many years now. Several years ago I called them to fix a 30 year old air conditioner. They found the part for me and the unit is still working!  Since then, they have provided emergency service for us at some condos we own and just recently came out to our house on a sweltering summer day to get our air conditioner working. They found a faulty switch on our electrical panel and replaced that too.  They are prompt, friendly, and do an amazing job for an excellent price.  We will never go anywhere else.

I had the most pleasant experience with this company. The  thermostat went out and the house was literally baking !! I reached out on yelp and received a response in less than 10 min. I received an appointment, and our technician Chase was prompt and even called to let me know he was just a couple minutes away.  He quickly identified the problem and did the repairs just as quick!  The company also sent status updates via text.  The pricing was reasonable and he gave me choices to fit my needs and my budget.

I will definitely call them again if I ever need any HVAC services, as well as recommend to anyone who needs  fair and reliable  services. Great company!

I can't say enough great things about Alan's Air!  We've been using them for years, from basic preventative check-ups on our units to full replacements of a furnace and compressor in two diff. homes.  They are super responsive when you call them, and Bill is able to diagnose the issue each time within a few minutes. Then they're able to fix the issue right away, too!

Ideal Energy LLC sets the standard for a customer oriented business.  Forget those adds you see on TV Elena, Alex and thier crew are the real deal.  On time, fairly priced, and thorough.  They found things previous installers never even made us aware of.  The work this company performed was neat and clean and they went out of their way to explain every step of the process.  I also appreciate them coming all the way out towards Casa Grande to complete this work.

I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a home energy audit and the followup work to follow.

I had Desert Comfort Mechanical come out and clean my indoor evaporative coil. The representatives provided great service, arrived on time, and did an honest review of the state of the coils. A prior company I got an estimate from stated it was much worse than it really was. If you want a company you can really trust I would go with Desert Comfort Mechanical.

Provided quote for the faucets, but needed to inspect toilets installation before quoting install price. Since their quote was much higher for the faucets I elected to go with a different company.

Great experience.  One of the rooms in our house was warmer than the others.  They came out, assessed the situation very thoroughly and were able to diagnose the problem very quickly.  The technician, Kevin, was a great guy - no pressure and did a great job explaining WHY something was needed instead of just telling us to buy it.

We had suretemp out through our home warranty because we noticed condensation coming out of the overflow pan. DOM came out and immediately addressed and fix the issue. Awesome right, no hassle no oh this isn't covered he just got it fixed. Now he could have stopped there because the problem was fixed but he said no your paying for the hour let me look over the rest of it I'm going to look inside the lines and make sure we have it all fixed so this doesn't become an issue in the future and that's what he did . Now I work with the home warranty companies on a different trade so I see first hand how hard it is to find a honest respectable company within the home warranty contractor pool but SureTemp is top notch I would refer them to anyone. I've had two different techs come out through suretemp the first one was Bud and he was amazing. Then this time was Dom and had the same experience. Thanks so much for getting our issues handled, your company and the way it's ran is beyond reproach. Never change
